"You chose the correct furnace size. (Several other installers chose the incorrect size.) The workmanship was very good and thorough. The furnace is keeping the house at the exact temperature it is set at, the furnace is very quiet. The work area was left spotless. All the workers were very easy to work with and knew their jobs very well, they were definitely professional and courteous. You took care of the furnace installation, removal of the old furnace and oil tank and also removed unusable a/c and miscellaneous sheet metal from a previous wood stove installation. Mike kindly accepted me watching the whole process, and sometimes even adding a helping hand. He did not even charge me an extra fee for my assistance! :) There were unexpected issues that needed attention to complete the installation and Mike and his crew addressed them immediately and made a quick and efficient solution to them. Nothing stopped them from completing an excellent installation on time with no excuses.
