Ultra violet germicidal light installations
Ease your allergy symptoms with ultra violet germicidal lights.  UV lights are used to sterilize and neutralize airborne bacteria, molds, dust mites and odors and can drastically reduce illness, allergy symptoms and breathing problems.  The UV lights are installed in the main supply or return duct of a forced air heating and cooling system.  The lights disinfect the air stream as it passes through.  If you suffer from allergies or asthma, you may want to consider having ultra violet light treatment equipment installed.  Also great for mold problems!

Today's new homes are built tighter than ever and do not have proper air exchange.  An ERV will introduce fresh outdoor air while removing stale indoor air.  Efficiently transferring heat and moisture from the exchanged air for enhanced comfort and energy efficiency.

Builders are constructing tighter homes.  As a result, entire buildings are becoming sources of contamination because pollutants are being trapped inside.  To promote a healthy, clean indoor air environment, a ventilation control system should be installed.  A ventilation system will exhaust stale, humid air and replace it with fresh, filtered outside air.  The home will get the right amount of fresh air when it needs it, and it won't bring in air when outside temperatures are too hot, too cold or too humid.  Without special attention to ventilation, contaminants like formaldehyde, radon, smoke, household chemicals, and odors can build up to dangerous levels.  This makes the proper design, operation and maintenance of a whole house ventilation system more important than ever.

An ERV (Energy Recovery Ventilator) will let the outgoing exhaust air exchange energy with the incoming fresh air to recapture up to 60% of the energy used to condition that exhausted air in the first place.
