Did we take the time to understand your needs? Card totally exceeded our expectations when Mike came out on a Sunday to see our furnace asap.
Did the workmanship meet or exceed your expectations? More than ever. Mike noticed that a fan was not working and the cause of our carbon monoxide issue, he took care of it. Very much appreciated.
Is the HVAC service or installation working as expected? Yes, very well.
Was the work area left just as neat and clean as when we arrived? Yes, if not better.
Were the technicians polite, professional and courteous? The best I have seen yet, friendly and welcoming.
Would you recommend us to your family and friends? Without a doubt.
Overall, how was your experience with us? Unbelievable, we had an issue Saturday, we called Card and other places. Card was the only one that would come out on a Sunday during their busy schedule to see us. They were able to get our furnace in asap due to my little girl being born. They also noticed an issue and fixed it without question. This may have saved our lives. The price was in target, if not better than everyone else.
Have we "dropped the ball" or somehow fallen short of our goal of providing excellent customer service to you? No, Mike went over and beyond our expectations. There was no sugar coating, just nothing but honest work done and great workmanship.
Thus far Card really stands out above the rest. A total first class business. I cannot think of anything to make it better. We wish Card Heating & Cooling the best in their business. We will be using your services again. Thank you again Mike & Lori for everything.

Is the HVAC service or installation working as expected? It has only been 3 days, but the system is quiet and the house more evenly warm and it was only 10 degrees outside.
Was the work area left just as neat and clean as when we arrived? It was left cleaner than when they got here.
Were the technicians polite, professional and courteous? Mike and his sons were polite, understanding and took the time to show me things.
Would you recommend us to your family and friends? Yes and already have for as soon as they need work.
Overall, how was your experience with us? Fantastic, the previous firm had me scared to death and Card made my wife and I feel very comfortable with what we were doing. No pressure just a thorough understanding of how our heating should work and what the previous issues were with the original owners installation.
Have we "dropped the ball" or somehow fallen short of our goal of providing excellent customer service to you? No, not at all and that started with the surprise of getting a call on Saturday.
