"We have been very pleased with the service Mike and Lori provide. They are very responsive and focused on customer satisifaction. Mike had to completely reinstall our furnace due to prior install being incorrect and he also replaced all our ductwork. He and his team did an outstanding job (and I am really picky). If you ever have an issue they will take care of it without any hassles at all. Lori also follows up to make sure issues have been resolved to your satisfaction.
